Malaysia: FREE Shipping for items above RM80.
International: Shipping fees vary according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered.

Note: Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not RABIAAH’s responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.

SHIPPING PERIOD

Shipping time is estimated and begins from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. It can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

COVID 19 NOTICE: Our delivery may take a little longer than usual due to any pandemic-related lockdown or restrictions imposed by individual countries. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your continued trust.

ORDER PROCESSING PERIOD

We process all your orders promptly.

  • Orders made before 1 PM (Monday-Friday) are handed over to the relevant shipping companies on the SAME DAY.
  • Orders made after 1 PM (Friday) will only be shipped the Monday after. In case there is/are items(s) pending for supply in your order, the processing may be extended.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS

You can view the estimated delivery time from the “My Orders” tab and track your order through the related link. You can access your shipping tracking number on the “My Orders” tab after your order is sent out for delivery.

How can I track my order?

How to check the status of your order:

  1. After you logged in, click on your user name from the top right of the main page (My Account tab) first. Then click on “My Orders” from the menu.
  2. Now, you’re on the “My Orders” page. Click on the “View” button on the row of the related order to check out its status.
  3. You can see the status of your order in the order details on the related page. Click on the “Order Tracking” button in the order details to learn the cargo status details of your cargo orders.

In addition, you can get in touch with the shipping company with your “Shipment Code” included in the e-mail and SMS notifications that will be sent to you when your order is delivered to the cargo company, or you can follow the status of your cargo on the website.
