We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns within 10 days.
A. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Items must be returned:
- With all original tags still attached;
- In unworn, unaltered, undamaged and unwashed condition;
- In their original packaging; AND
- Within 10 days of receiving the parcel.
Items not returnable:
- Items purchased while on sale
- Any kind of inners
- Accessories
Note: If you receive a damaged/defective item, no worries! Please contact RABIAAH Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. And we will fix it for you.
B. MAKING A RETURN
Use this checklist to make returns as convenient as possible to you:
- Whatsapp us at +6011-1160 6966 by typing “RABIAAH RETURNS”.
- You will receive a link to the Returns form.
- Complete the form and press “SUBMIT”.
- Prepare the return items and pack them carefully.
- You will receive an email with a return label.
- Print the attached return label by yourself and stick it to the outside of the return parcel.
- Wait for the delivery courier to pick up the parcel.
C. COSTS OF RETURNS
Each return label costs RM10 which will be deducted from your refund (for domestic shipping). For international shipping, you will be advised on the cost based on your location.
We do not bear the shipping costs for any returns except in these situations:
- Item is already damaged when you receive it; OR
- The wrong item is shipped to you.
You may request a refund in the event that the item already paid is out of stock. All shipping costs will be borne by us.
YOUR REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
